About Us
Action Boot Camp is more than just an outdoor fitness club. In six months you will see changes to your body shape and you’ll be working out with loads of great new friends. We are outdoor fitness experts and lead the field with our form of training which includes strength and conditioning, bodyweight, Tabata, HIIT, HITT, UTS as well as the traditional boot camp circuits dragging tyres, lifting sandbags, bouncing around on spacehoppers!
We have over 300 cadets aged from 18 to 65 – men and women of all shapes and sizes.
So what can you expect from training with ABC?
• Put a positive feeling back into your workout and your life.
• Working outdoors has no boundaries which means every session is a new challenge and you never get bored.
• We specialise in kettlebell training which will sculpt your body and rip the fat out like no gym machine will ever do
• You will smile and laugh with cadets as you’re working out
• You will be motivated to push yourself a little bit harder making sure we get you the body you want.
• You might be part of a large group but all of our cadets are individuals to us (we even give them nicknames)
• You will get personal instruction on your techniques to get the best from your workout
• Do you want to lose £’s on exercise that doesn’t work or 1lbs by joining us.

There are NO MEMBERSHIP FEES or long-term contracts. We don’t need to tie you into a deal we let you decide how you want to train with us.
We’re based at West Bridgford in Nottingham, Rushcliffe Country Park in Ruddington, East Leake near Loughborough, Woodthorpe Grange Park, Woodthorpe, Titchfield Park, Hucknall, and coming soon…. Yeoman Park in Mansfield!

Kit List
Autumn/Winter
• A good pair of trainers suitable for running in.
• Layers are best to keep you warm
• Outer layers should be bright so we can see you in the dark
• Wear gloves – warm socks and a hat to prevent heat loss.
• Don’t forget your water bottle.
• Be prepared to get wet and dirty!
