Well Action Boot Camp can help you smash your Personal Best, make you faster, stronger and race ready.
He says: “In the next few weeks I will be looking to help you improve your fitness levels, lose weight and enjoy your running. All you need is comfortable clothing and a sensible pair of running shoes. With help from me you will soon be on your way to a fitter and faster you.
This 12 week progression plan needs to be done in order so don’t skip any and there will be homework too.
The first two weeks will get you used to spending time on your feet slowly building your fitness levels and confidence. Then I will teach you everything there is to know about running and I will even check your gait to make sure you are running at optimum level and avoiding any nasty injuries.”
12 weeks of coaching programmes
Sessions will be held at Rushcliffe Country Park, Ruddington, Notts, where there is lots of space, plus a 5K and 10K route. Ruddington is only about 20 minutes outside of Nottingham city centre.
Course starts Sunday 6th May 11.30-12.30 and finishes July 15th
Cost is £85 Are you up for it? You don’t have to be an Action Boot Camp member to take part so if you’ve got running buddies get them to sign up too.
